Weekly live interactive webinar calls, and replays
Learn along with others, share dreams, and mutually inspire lucidity and recall.
Stay engaged using the online system, receive regular feedback, and make lucid dreaming a part of your everyday life.

Kristen LaMarca PhD is a teacher, researcher, and consultant with an undeniable enthusiasm for the state of lucidity. As a co-facilitator for several of the intensive training programs of the Lucidity Institute since 2010, Kristen is well-versed in the best practices for lucid dreaming and most current research. She has conducted research on an integrated protocol of lucidity induction techniques, and the effects of cholinergic stimulation on lucid dreaming. You can learn more about her professional background by visiting her biography at Lucidity Sleep & Psychiatry.
Kristen's style as an instructor emphasizes a process-based approach to skill-building that blends personally-tailored coaching, mindfulness meditation, and other research-supported strategies. Can lucid dreaming help me with my struggles with mental health?
While lucid dreaming has applications to mental health, this course is not appropriate for individuals seeking to use lucid dreaming to heal from current psychological disorders or conditions.
Why should I take this program? What does it prepare me to do?
This online program has been built to offer an exceptional learning experience in lucid dreaming that is complemented by training in mindfulness and science-based approaches. The course intends to provide comprehensive training via an innovative online learning format that will help you integrate lucid dreaming skills into your normal daily routines.
What does it mean that the course is in "beta?"
When are the weekly webinars scheduled?
Mondays at 16:30 Pacific Standard Time (PST). You can watch the recordings later, which will remain accessible for viewing after the program.
Does your program involve taking supplements like galantamine?
Am I guaranteed to have lucid dreams in this program?
Results are not guaranteed by this program and will vary from person to person. As this is a beta program, adequate data has not been collected on how well it helps people induce lucid dreaming. With that said, shorter-term, intensive programs using similar techniques in groups who have high dream recall, interest, and motivation to lucid dream show success rates of about 75%. Individual factors will likely play a role in your success at lucid dreaming during this training. If you have concerns whether this program is right for you, contact Kristen to discuss.
When does the course begin?
The program officially begins at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on January 11, 2020.
What is "Preliminary Week?"
A week prior to the program start, you will be able to access the Learning Management System online to familiarize yourself with controls and ask questions. It is recommended for all to participate so that you know how to navigate the program and technical issues do not interfere with your learning. You will also have opportunities to begin connecting with other students, using your digital dream journal, and sharing dreams in the Group Stream.
Discounts
Are student discounts available?
Students are eligible for a 40% discount off the full list price in the form of a rebate. After you purchase your registration, email Kristen a copy of your current class schedule and ID card and you will receive the rebate in your original form of payment within approximately1-2 weeks.
Can I repeat the course for a discount?
Learning lucid dreaming has many layers and complexities. Some people benefit from more time and expert attention to master the art of lucid dreaming. Repeating this course while receiving ongoing feedback from Kristen could help in learning skill applications and concepts on a deeper, more experiential level.
